Position Overview
INSEAD is looking for an Apprentice, Accounts Receivable Accountant to join the Accounts Receivable team within the Finance department. This apprenticeship is based at the Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France.
The apprentice will report to and be supervised by the Associate Director, Accounts Receivable, and will assist the Accounts Receivable Team in their daily duties.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable Operations.
- Perform pre‑invoicing checks on application form and tracker.
- Issue OEP invoice in PeopleSoft accurately and timely, save PDF invoices and send to customer via email.
- Maintain shared email inbox on a daily basis, answer client requests via email.
- Assist supervisor with the monthly closing activities.
Ideal Candidate
- Ideally starting a BTS CG or a bachelor’s degree in finance in September 2026.
- Good communication skills in French and English.
- Well‑organised and detail‑oriented.
- Motivated, serious, punctual, and reliable.
- Both autonomous and collaborative; a team player.
- Tech‑savvy, at ease with accounting software and the Office pack.
