Apprentice Project Manager

Missions et activités principales

• Gestion, installation et maintenance du matériel informatique (siège et station) ;
• Assister les chefs projets informatiques (dématérialisation, archivage, déploiement d’une nouvelle technologie …).
• Administration et configuration de smartphones et tablettes ;
• Aide à la gestion, installation et maintenance des logiciels ;
• Assistance et support technique (Matériel et Logiciel) auprès des utilisateurs ;
• Sensibilisation des utilisateurs sur la sécurité informatique et sur les règles de bonnes pratiques ;
• Développement de scripts pour les utilisateurs (Google Script, Javascript, C#)
• Rédaction et mise à jour de la documentation informatique ;

Compétences requises

Savoirs

• Connaissances générales des systèmes d’exploitation (Windows 7 et plus,Windows Server 2012) ;
• Notions de base sur les réseaux informatiques ;
• Connaissances sur les outils Google Suite (Drive, Doc, Forms, ect…)

Compétences supplémentaires

• Connaissances en Google Script seraient un plus.
• Connaissances en gestion base de donnée, Oracle, Sql seraient un plus.

Savoir être

• Être autonome, organisé, pédagogue, avoir un esprit d’équipe et d’entraide et posséder un bon sens du relationnel……
