Your Role
- Guarantee the respect and consistency of the identity attributes of the Edenred group across all its communication territories.
- Lead projects related to the development, positioning or promotion of the Edenred brand to raise awareness.
- Promote the brand and its territory internally and manage the execution of the Edenred graphic guidelines.
- Guide and supervise the Com/Marketing network in applying the Group's identity while adapting to local specificities across 44 countries.
- Answer questions and support the global brand approach of the Com/Marketing network on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage the creation of identity elements for all communication operations including agency brief, image validation, budget monitoring and planning for all supports (web, social media, etc.).
- Organize and lead all photo and video shootings to promote products, customer experience, and Edenred employer brand, making recommendations on format.
- Manage and animate the Edenred Brand Center web platform and ensure visual elements are always up to date.
- Manage the iconographic base regarding external resources from bank images.
- Onboard Edenred employees on the sponsoring project by organizing challenges and promoting communication materials.
- Manage all logistics organization of internal and external events in line with the Events Manager.
Your Profile
- Master’s student in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years of apprenticeship.
- Project management skills with strong rigor and attention to details.
- Fluent English; French is a plus; other languages appreciated (Spanish, Portuguese).
- Curious, enthusiastic, creative, team player.
- Proficient in AI visuals tools and Microsoft Office 365.
- Adaptable and solution-oriented.
