Our client, a leading financial institution committed to fostering talent development, is seeking enthusiastic individuals for their Junior Business Analyst Apprenticeship Program in Calabar, Cross River, NG . This program is designed to provide aspiring business analysts with foundational knowledge and practical experience in understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and contributing to solution development. What You Will Learn and Do: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. Participate in the analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement. Support the creation of process flow diagrams, use cases, and other analytical documentation. Collaborate with team members to understand project goals and objectives. Help in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. Learn to utilize business analysis tools and software. Gain exposure to different project management methodologies. Develop effective communication and presentation skills. Contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions. Observe and learn from experienced Business Analysts and project teams. Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to project findings. Requirements: Must have completed secondary education (e.g., SSCE, WAEC) or hold a National Diploma (OND) in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. A strong desire to pursue a career in Business Analysis. Good analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of business principles and processes. Proficiency in using computers and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel). Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment. Must be based in or willing to commute to Calabar, Cross River, NG for the in-office components. Demonstrate good organizational skills and attention to detail.
