WhatJobs Direct is launching an innovative, fully remote Apprenticeship Program and we are seeking a passionate and organized Apprenticeship Program Manager to lead its development and execution. This role is critical in building a robust pipeline of talent for various technical and vocational fields. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of the apprenticeship lifecycle, from curriculum development and partner recruitment to trainee onboarding and ongoing support. You will collaborate closely with industry experts and educational institutions to design relevant training modules, ensuring they align with current market demands and technological advancements. Sourcing and vetting potential host companies across diverse sectors will be a key responsibility, fostering strong relationships to secure meaningful apprenticeship opportunities. You will also play a vital role in identifying and recruiting promising candidates, guiding them through the application and selection process. Developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs for both apprentices and host organizations is essential. Ongoing program monitoring, evaluation, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) will be necessary to ensure program effectiveness and continuous improvement. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Nigeria, but with a focus on supporting apprentices and partners connected to the Sokoto, Sokoto, NG region initially.
