Within the Digital Factory, you will join an agile collective organized into multidisciplinary squads composed of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, solution architects, developers, project managers, etc. Depending on the projects, you will be involved with different teams and stakeholders, while always being under the responsibility of the Lead UX Designer and supported by business specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the construction and evolution of the Design System in collaboration with front-end developers, to ensure graphic consistency across all interfaces.
  • Participate in the design of the visual identity of the Digital Factory and the DSI, in partnership with the Communication team.
  • Collaborate with other UX/UI Designers in a Design Ops approach to harmonize design practices and methodologies.
  • Take part in the standardization and structuring of design documentation to ensure the dissemination of best practices.
  • Work closely with the Lead UX Designer to understand user needs and translate business requirements into intuitive and accessible digital journeys.
  • Exchange with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, solution architects, project managers, and business experts, depending on the project team composition.
  • Design mockups, prototypes, and graphic charters, paying attention to ergonomics and accessibility.
  • Organize and conduct user testing, analyze feedback, and propose continuous improvement areas for user experience.

Job Requirements

At Bac+4 to 5 level from a design school or university with a specialization in interface design, you are looking for an apprenticeship of 12 months or more.

Required skills:

  • Proficiency in major design tools (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Good understanding of design principles, ergonomics, and current UX/UI trends
  • Developed sense of aesthetics and great creativity
  • Ability to learn quickly: you are not afraid to take on new challenges and know how to meet them with agility
