Finance Expertise Center (FINEC) is responsible, among other things, for producing and accounting for passenger revenue for Air France and KLM.
In an international context, the main missions of the shared service center are:
- Monitoring and verification of sales data
- Integration of uses (transport, exchanges, refunds...)
- Revenue calculation and accounting
- Outgoing and incoming inter-company invoicing
- Financial flows related to credit card payments
- Financial flows related to dematerialized customer invoicing
The mission of the Assistance to the Project Owner (AMO) department is to ensure the consistency of information systems with business challenges and needs. The evolutions supported can be specific to the company (Air France, KLM), or related to changes in the air transport industry (IATA), or financial regulations.
Mission Description
Under the supervision of one of the business analysts in the AMO team, your mission will consist of, depending on current needs (external requests, internal projects, industry initiatives):
- Analyze and understand business needs
- Model existing processes to identify impacts
- Write requirements specifications
- Participate in testing
- Propose areas for simplification/automation
- Be part of the Agile approach
Profile Sought
- Student in the 1st year of MIAGE or equivalent, you possess the following qualities and aptitudes:
- Rigor in approach and formalization
- Autonomy and initiative
- Good analytical, synthesis, and formalization skills
- Interpersonal skills, listening skills, and teamwork ability
- Good written and oral communication skills, in English and French
- English essential (read, written, spoken) minimum B2 level lilate linguaskill test dated less than 2 years
- Knowledge of SQL (queries) would be a plus
Prerequisites for joining AIR FRANCE IN WORK-STUDY:
- Your school must be QUALIOPI certified
- Apprenticeship contract only (no professionalization contract)
- You must bring your RNCP code* during the interview, please prepare it in advance *National Register of Professional Certification
