The Caisse des Dépôts Public Institution is organized into four business lines: Banque des Territoires, Asset Management, Strategic Holdings Management, and Social Policies.

Within the DOT, the Information Systems Department (DSI) defines, with and for the business lines, the EP's information systems strategy and implements the financial and operational resources for the entire SI sector in its business analysis (MOA) and development (MOE) functions.

Within the Information Systems Department dedicated to Social Policies, the entity responsible for data management aims to meet the strategic challenges of the Social Policies Directorate (DPS) in terms of data (business intelligence, big data, open data) by providing the necessary data and tools for use cases for the various business lines of the DPS and the Établissement du Régime Additionnel de la Fonction Publique (management, actuarial, controlling, accounting, client management, digital marketing management).

Team

You will join the DSI for the Social Policies Directorate (DPS) in Bordeaux, within the Data team responsible for modernizing current use cases (essentially around business intelligence) but also for responding, through new Big Data solutions, to new business use cases around forecasting, personalization, and/or prevention on retirement data.

Mission

Main Missions

In general, you will support the implementation of use cases concerning retirement and disability data:

• Follow-up of integrations up to production releases
• Update of data dictionary specifications,
• Testing of new use cases

You may contribute to the thinking and implementation of an operational monitoring solution for the daily loading (Data weather) of the Big Data platform, as well as for the provision of datasources in Tableau Software.

• Define and deliver relevant indicators for business and SI users
• Develop an operating procedure
• Generate monitoring reports
• Present to users

Skills Used

• You are comfortable with SQL
• You know the agile methodology
• You are ready to join a team of technical and functional experts
• Knowledge of Python, R, Alteryx, or Tableau is not essential but would be a plus
• You have skills in data analysis and writing functional specifications
• You are capable of carrying out acceptance and validation tests for implemented solutions
• You have a good command of Excel, particularly for updating mappings and data analysis
• You are curious and motivated to learn new technologies and tools related to data in various functional areas
