The Team

Our Mobile Infrastructure Business Group is a leader in wireless mobile networks and associated services. With over 3,500 essential patents for 5G, we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a leader in Open and Virtualized Radio Access Networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

The NOKIA LANNION site is a technology center primarily focused today on 5G/6G radio access, cybersecurity, cloud, and virtualization.

The MI RRD RL1 SW LANNION department offers several apprenticeship opportunities, from Bac+2 to Bac+5.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• You are pursuing a BAC +2 to BAC +5 degree.
• You have knowledge of Languages: Linux / C / C++ / Python / JavaScript / Matlab / VHDL.
• You have an interest in the Cloud (Kubernetes) and virtualized (OpenStack) environment. Deployment of services in a cloud and virtualized environment (Ansible, yaml…).
• You have a good command of French and English.
• You are a good communicator and enjoy teamwork.

Key Skills And Experience

Integrated into an Agile team, you will participate in the improvement of our development, testing, and debugging environments for real-time software for NOKIA 5G/6G base stations (Physical Layer, Level 1). You may also be directly involved in this software.

In a continuous integration approach, you will be involved in all phases of development: needs analysis, architecture, detailed specification, development, testing…

You will have the opportunity to develop in the following areas:
