Architect Lead

Job Description

The SAP C4 HANA Solution Architect will use consulting skills, business knowledge, and architectural expertise to integrate packaged SAP technology effectively into the client’s business environment. The role ensures that client business expectations are met through the design, configuration, and technical specification of SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design architectural diagrams and solution blueprints for SAP C4 HANA implementations • Conduct fit-gap analysis and technical assessment to align SAP solutions with business requirements • Configure SAP systems and specify technical analysis for integration and implementation • Lead project architecture and delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance • Define integration patterns, clean core principles, and extensibility strategies on SAP BTP • Oversee SAP upgrade or new implementation initiatives from ECC to S/4HANA, including additional enhancements

Requirements

Qualifications & Certifications:

• 8+ years of relevant SAP architecture and consulting experience • SAP Architecture Certification (e.g., TOGAF) and SAP-specific certifications • Proven expertise in solution blueprinting, integration, governance, and SAP upgrades

Candidate Requirements

• Experienced and senior-level SAP architect • Preferably with Public Sector project experience • Based in Cape Town or willing to work locally
