Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our technical team and oversee project development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical management, with experience in K-12 education systems and DSA. The Technical Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the technical team in the development of innovative solutions for K-12 education.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and project scope.
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional development and technical skills.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree Architecture + Masters preferred
  • Proven experience in technical management and project leadership.
  • Strong understanding of K-12 education systems and relevant technologies.
  • Proficiency in data structures and algorithms (DSA).
  • Must be a licensed architect
