The Support & Services Division of Safran Aircraft Engines, responsible for engine maintenance and repair activities, is facing an increase in its activities amidst strong growth and must accelerate its digital transformation.
Missions/Activities
Strategic Steering:
- Contribute to the optimization of business processes, data, applications, and associated systems (opportunity detection…).
- Promote, through consulting and communication, the Support and Service Division's (D2S) enterprise architecture mapping as a decision-making and performance management tool.
- Detect and anticipate evolution opportunities and their impacts on businesses and the IS.
Governance:
- Formalize, consolidate, and evolve the general enterprise architecture mapping by leveraging:
- Business process architectures.
- Business master and common data repositories.
- Business functional models.
- IS functional architectures (existing/target).
Quality and Project Management:
- Evaluate the unitary and global coherence (portfolio) of projects with respect to the enterprise architecture (existing/target).
- Support the review of improvement and/or transformation project portfolios within the D2S scope.
- Capitalize all knowledge on the D2S enterprise architecture.
Watchkeeping:
- Implement and coordinate the detection of methodological and technological evolutions (internal and/or external) related to the D2S scope.
- Coordinate the identification of relevant evolutions for the D2S scope.
Job Requirements
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of digital transformation in the Support and Service domain.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and its integration, validation, verification, and qualification methods (e.g., TOGAF).
- Knowledge of IS urbanization principles.
- Knowledge of the processes and operations of an industrial entity and associated digital tools (CAD, PLM, MES, ERP, SPDM..).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity challenges.
- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge of data governance and relational database fundamentals.
- Knowledge of complex organization transformations.
- Knowledge of working in a complex environment.
- Knowledge of the Group, its management system, its processes, and its organizations.
- Knowledge of SAFRAN processes and repositories for the scope considered and other related processes.
