Your daily life

The Land and Air Systems activity, based at the Massy site, is a leader in air traffic control systems and air defense radar systems.

As part of the premiumization and service growth strategy, Customer Worldwide Services (CWS) - the entity responsible for supporting Air Defence and Air Surveillance systems and products - must accelerate the integration of innovation within its activities. To maximize the impact and value delivered to customers, given the innovation cycles, short-loop work between solution development and deployment is essential.

Within the Strategy, Marketing, and Pricing Department, the position holder will report directly to its Director and will be responsible for:

• Declining and Deploying innovation in Service Strategy
• Managing the innovation portfolio
• Leading the Contributor community

Your profile

With a BAC+5 degree, you have experience/skills in:

• New technologies and the latest innovations
• Driving the deployment of innovations
• Direct work with clients to best understand their expectations.
• Project Management (Work Package Management) and change management
• An environment where English is commonly used

Your availability, pragmatism, rigor, and serenity are qualities that are recognized in you.
