Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Project Manager for our Montreal, Quebec location

As a Project Manager within the Dassault Systèmes Services team, you are responsible for driving the successful execution of customer projects by ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You act as a key point of coordination between customers, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and project outcomes.

• Provide critical support in program assessment, planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.
• Structure, organize, and govern projects in alignment with Dassault Systèmes methodologies and delivery standards.
• Lead the development and management of Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring compliance with Dassault Systèmes standards and customer expectations.
• Create, maintain, and oversee project plans, scope, timelines, and deliverables throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Accountable for project team performance, providing leadership, mentorship, and clear direction to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
• Maintain project financial performance, including P&L ownership, by balancing quality, margins, and schedule commitments.
• Promote the effective use of established best practices while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within project delivery processes.
• Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and intellectual property security through appropriate planning and execution practices.
• Proactively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus or equivalent Project Management experience
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management
• Experience in software implementation and IT projects
• This position requires bilingualism as the candidate will be required to work and communicate, both orally and in writing, with French- and English-speaking partners/clients/colleagues.

Compensation & Benefits

At Dassault Systèmes, permanent employees get group benefits from their first day of employment. The basic plan is 100% employer paid and includes $750 in annual flexible credits that can be allocated towards a Health Spending Account, Wellness Account or a Retirement Savings Plan. Additional coverage through an enhanced health and dental plan or optional life insurance is also available. Employees can also take advantage of our Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP) to which the company will contribute up to 5% of their basic salary. Salary Pay Transparency

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $91000 and $115000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
