To strengthen our teams, we are looking for our future MES Solutions Architect (M/F) to join our Design team.

This is a cross-functional role at the heart of industrial projects – encompassing scoping, design, and solution management.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, facilitation, and execution of client workshops in pairs, from scoping phases to delivery.
• Analysis of business needs and formalization of functional requirements.
• Writing structured meeting minutes and functional/techno-functional specifications (Dymasco projects and assets).
• Design and definition of the technical architecture for MES solutions (Apriso).
• Acting as Product Owner: backlog structuring and prioritization, coordination with technical teams, deliverable tracking.
• Active contribution to the success of fixed-price projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and business value.

The consultant will work in close collaboration with Build teams, technical leaders, and project stakeholders.

Requirements

Required Skills: Data architecture and SQL:

Desired Skills: C# / JS / HTML / CSS

Profile

• Proven experience in analyzing industrial processes and designing MES/MOM solutions.
• Good understanding of industrial business flows.
• Ability to write clear and structured techno-functional specifications.
• Knowledge of data architecture and MSSQL / SQL Server databases.
• Development basics: C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Professional English (written and oral) required.
• Spoken Spanish appreciated.
• Client and results-oriented.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.

It's a plus if you have functional expertise in areas such as MES / LES / QMS / ERP / Supply Chain, allowing you to be quickly operational on business practices and procedures.
