Technical Expectations

We are looking for Technical Leaders who can master the Java ecosystem while possessing a profound understanding of AI.

Java Backend Mastery (The Foundation)

• 5+ Years Professional Experience: A proven track record of building production-grade, high-availability systems.
• Java Expert: Deep understanding of Generics, Lambdas, Multi-threading, and Concurrent programming.
• Framework Proficiency: Mastery of Spring Boot and Spring MVC, with in-depth knowledge of reactive programming via Spring WebFlux.
• Performance Tuning: Expert-level skills in MySQL and Redis to handle high-concurrency payment scenarios.
• Infrastructure: Deep understanding of AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, with the ability to build scalable cloud foundations from scratch.

AI Deep Literacy (The Future)

• LLM DNA: Profound understanding of Transformer architectures, Fine-tuning strategies, and Attention mechanisms.
• Agent Expert: Skilled in building autonomous AI Agents within the Claude/Anthropic ecosystem, leveraging Claude’s Extended Thinking and MCP (Model Context Protocol) for secure financial data integration.
• Compliance & Security: Ability to implement Constitutional AI guardrails and advanced Prompt Engineering to ensure absolute precision under AML/KYC regulations.

Your Daily Mission:

• Design, Don't Dig: Build AI Agent-driven payment backends that allow AI to automate 90% of development tasks.
• Product Impact: Your output isn't just code. Through our aggressive marketing engine, your work will reach hundreds of thousands of users, driving visible data growth.
