Position Overview:

This role starts with a three-month probationary period, followed by a one-year fixed-term contract, with the exciting potential for a permanent position based on your performance and our workflow pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our design team on Sketch Plan Resolution
• Prepare and submit Municipal Documentation
• Develop detailed Tender/Working Documentation

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should bring a passion for architecture along with the following qualifications:

• A 3-Year Degree in Architecture (BAS, B.Build Art)
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience
• Registration with SACAP as a Technologist or Senior Architectural Technologist
• Proficiency in Revit (this is non-negotiable)
• Experience with Lumion for visual presentations
• Knowledge of JBCC Contract Administration
• A solid understanding of the National Building Regulations
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
