Located in Westchester County, NY

Salary: $120K range

Qualifications:

• Must have 3-5 years of marketing experience in long term care
• Must be a self-starter and energetic
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities of the Area Marketer:

• Generate patient/resident referrals and admissions
• Conduct sales and marketing visits within assigned geographic areas
• Present facility or agency services to healthcare professionals and community partners
• Coordinate with admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth intake and transition of patients
• Track referral sources, admissions data, and marketing performance metrics
• Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance coverage, and LTC services
• Create and implement territory marketing plans and growth strategies
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
• Monitor competitors and market trends in the long-term care industry
• Maintain CRM/documentation of referral activities and follow-ups
