The Role
To ensure we continue to equip our customers in the best way possible, we are looking for an energetic, dependable and driven Sales Advisor. This role requires someone who can build and maintain strong customer relationships and, through their leadership and guidance, ensure our distributors uphold the Jonsson Workwear brand to the highest standard, ultimately creating a brilliant experience for the customers they serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Equip Jonsson Workwear distributors with the tools, stock and support they need to represent our brand and maintain our standards across every touchpoint.
- Proactively contribute to business growth by expanding on key accounts and securing new customers.
- Demonstrate the reliability and organisation skills needed to work independently, ensuring reports are kept accurate and up-to-date, and customer relationships are maintained.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with your colleagues and customers.
- Focus on your growth and development within your role, while leading and inspiring partners to create an outstanding experience for customers.
- Be self-reliant, manage your work schedule, travel regularly and be flexible for occasional work on weekends.
