We are looking for a creative, structured, and experienced personality for our Ratingen location who combines Art Direction, Project Management, and Producing. The position covers the entire process from creative idea generation, visual language development, producing, and production control to final delivery – with a focus on flyer processes, cut-out production, fashion photoshoots, and campaigns.

Your Challenge

Art Direction & Creation

• Development of creative concepts and visual worlds for campaigns and shootings
• Design of layouts, visuals, flyers, and POS materials
• Development and implementation of a consistent visual language
• Briefing and management of studios, photographers, retouching teams, and other internal and external trades
• Creation of retouching instructions and ability to perform retouching independently (primarily in fashion)
• Support of Creative Direction during shootings
• Experience and knowledge in camera and lighting technology are an advantage

Project Management & Process Control

• Responsibility for projects from briefing to final result
• Creation of timings, production plans, and workflow controls
• Coordination of internal teams and external service providers
• Management of parallel projects, daily business, and special projects
• Offer preparation, budget control, and invoicing

Producing – Photo & Film Productions

• Planning, organization, and execution of photo and film productions (primarily in fashion)
• Execution of the entire production process: from briefing to casting, set planning, shooting, to post-production
• Ensuring smooth operations on set
• Good network of various trades (styling, make-up, technology, set construction, etc.)
• Fluent communication skills
• Control of schedules, budgets, and resources

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in the fashion or lifestyle environment
• Experience in Art Direction, Project Management, and Producing
• Creative eye for trends, aesthetics, and brand presence
• Organizational talent, structured work, and high self-responsibility
• Confident handling of project planning, budget management, and production processes
• Knowledge of photography, retouching; experience in camera and lighting technology is an advantage
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on mentality, resilience, and flexibility
