About the Role

Do you see 'but' or 'maybe after all' when you hear 'no'? Do you consider nine to five an outdated concept? Do you infect everyone around you with your enthusiasm? Do you speak and write in fluent sentences, without stumbling over words? If you recognize yourself in this, then you are the jack-of-all-trades we are looking for, effective immediately, to run a few challenging art projects at Kunst Collega’s.

As an Art Project Lead, you will initially be the 'end boss' of a professional art fair (Art Eindhoven) and it will be your task to expand it into an even greater success. Additionally, you will take charge of one or more other projects for artists. You are not a babysitter but a true mentor!

What We Offer

The salary is appropriate for the industry and depends on your education, work experience, and especially your results. In addition, there are good secondary employment conditions, including travel expenses for commuting and a contribution to the pension scheme. Concrete (turnover) objectives and associated bonuses will also be agreed upon.

The position is initially for a period of six months, but if you prove to be the Art Project Lead we are looking for, you will then receive a contract for an indefinite period. We are looking for someone who is willing to commit at least 3 days a week.
