Roermond · flexible Full-time Lead 1mo ago

About the role

About Us

We are looking for colleagues who are cut from the same cloth as us: passionate, hardworking, and with a 'no nonsense' attitude. If that sounds like you, read on to see our open position. Let us know if you think you can add value to our team!

About the Role

When you hear the word "no," you hear "but" or "maybe." Nine to five is an outdated concept to you. You infect everyone around you with your enthusiasm. With you, there are no stumbling over words, but smooth sentences, in conversation and on paper. If you recognize yourself in this, then you are the jack-of-all-trades we are looking for, effective immediately, to run a few challenging art projects at Kunst Collega’s.

As an art project lead, you will be the "boss" of a professional art fair (Art Eindhoven) initially, and it will be your task to expand it into an even greater success.

Additionally, you will oversee one or more other projects for artists. You are not a babysitter but a true mentor!

Compensation & Contract

The salary is appropriate for the industry and depends on your education, work experience, and especially your results. In addition, there are good secondary employment conditions, including travel expenses reimbursement for commuting and a contribution to the pension plan. Concrete (turnover) objectives and associated bonuses will also be agreed upon.

The position is initially for a period of six months, but if you turn out to be the art project lead we are looking for, you will then receive a contract for an indefinite period.

We are looking for someone who wants to commit at least 3 days per week.

All our projects are aimed at bringing visual artists into contact with art lovers by offering them platforms where they can showcase their art (works).

Location & Application

What are you waiting for? Are you from the province of Belgian Limburg, the Roermond region, or are you willing to move for this top job? Do you already see yourself as an indispensable member of our small (5 f/m) team?

Send a short motivation with your CV (as a PDF) to Raoul Locht (email address on limburgvac.nl) before March 31st.

Secondly, we would like to schedule an appointment for an introduction, during which we will discuss the projects and mutual ambitions (tel. phone number on limburgvac.nl, Raoul Locht).

Acquisition in response to the vacancy is not appreciated.
