Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing applications and systems.
• Machine Learning:
  • Apply machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Develop and train machine learning models for various applications.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP):
  • Implement NLP algorithms to process and analyze unstructured data, including text and speech.
  • Develop chatbots, virtual assistants, and other NLP-based applications.
• Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering:
  • Conduct data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for AI modeling.
  • Identify and extract relevant features for improved model performance.
• Model Evaluation and Optimization:
  • Evaluate the performance of AI models using appropriate metrics.
  • Optimize models for accuracy, speed, and scalability.
• Research and Innovation:
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
  • Research and experiment with new algorithms and techniques to drive innovation.
• Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to understand requirements and constraints.
  • Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Documentation:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, algorithms, and implementations.
  • Prepare documentation for knowledge sharing and training purposes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AI Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python or R.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries.
• Knowledge of NLP frameworks and tools (e.g., NLTK, spaCy).
• Solid understanding of data science concepts, statistical methods, and model evaluation metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
