About

Hugely Successful AI Agentic Fintech who build systems for Private Equity and Investment Banking based in Dublin who are undergoing an exciting period of growth, are looking for a AI Architect.

This is a foundational hire for the Dublin office. You'll own multi-agent architecture, RAG pipelines, and LLMOps end-to-end — and shape how the team scales from here.

What you'll do:

• Design multi-agent architectures (Supervisor-Worker, Hierarchical Teams) and RAG pipelines over proprietary data
• Select and integrate the right LLM orchestration framework (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) for each use case
• Build tool-use and function calling so agents interact safely with APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms
• Implement guardrails and optimise prompting strategies (CoT, ReAct, ToT) for reliability and low latency
• Own LLMOps: evaluation (Ragas, DeepEval), observability (LangSmith, Arize, Datadog), and cost-performance trade-offs
• Take systems from prototype to scaled production with modular, testable code

What we're looking for:

• Architect Level with production-level agentic AI systems shipped at established companies or scaled startups
• End-to-end ownership of AI architecture through containerised cloud deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure)
• Python and strong TypeScript
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, and RAG deployment using vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or pgvector)
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI/ML, or related engineering field
• Strong professional English communication
