This role converts architectural direction into scalable, reliable AI solutions that support digital, operational, and data‑driven functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement RAG, grounding, agentic workflows, and reusable AI engineering patterns.
  • Deliver use cases including pricing intelligence, parts identification, customer support automation, forecasting, and ERP/CRM assistants.
  • Own MLOps/LLMOps practices for versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and drift detection.
  • Build AI‑ready datasets and ensure Responsible AI controls (PII protection, access management, guardrails).
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, supply chain, and operations.
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and high‑quality technical artifacts.

  • Strong Python skills; familiarity with Node.js, Java, or .NET.
  • Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agentic frameworks, CI/CD, microservices, and observability.
  • Expertise with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, ML Studio, API Management, Key Vault, Entra ID).
  • Experience integrating with enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/contact center/eCommerce).

Preferred

  • Background in distribution, supply chain, pricing, or digital commerce.
  • Familiarity with semantic layers, knowledge graphs, or enterprise search platforms.
  • Experience with AI cost governance (FinOps) or internal AI platforms.
