About the role
Overview
I’m supporting an AI transformation business that helps mid-market companies move from AI ideas and workshops into real working systems.
The challenge is simple: their clients want to use AI properly, but many do not yet have the architecture, data foundations or internal knowledge to make it scalable.
They need a Lead AI Engineer / AI Architect who can help turn business problems into production-ready AI solutions.
Responsibilities
You’ll be working across:
- AI solution architecture
- Python / FastAPI development
- LLMs, embeddings and automation workflows
- Data pipelines and validation
- Cloud-native deployment
- MLOps, monitoring and engineering standards
- Technical guidance for consultants, founders and engineers
Tech Stack
Tech stack includes:
- Python, FastAPI, SQL/NoSQL, LLM APIs, embeddings, AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, Spark/PySpark, Git, CI/CD.
About You
This would suit someone who enjoys being close to both architecture and hands-on delivery, especially in environments where AI needs to move beyond proof of concept and into production.
Experience with AI consulting, client-facing technical delivery, recommender systems, GenAI, data platforms or production ML would be highly relevant.
