About Our Client
Our client is a fast growing and dynamic company with HQ in Zürich. We are looking for an experienced project management lead who is able to drive a major data migration project. Start ASAP for at least 6 months.
Job Description
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of a major data migration and transformation program, ensuring seamless execution across multiple workstreams.
- Align cross‑functional teams, including data engineering, architecture, product, and business functions.
- Translate technical topics into actionable plans and clear communication for senior stakeholders.
- Establish and manage program governance, including risk management, decision tracking, dependencies, and reporting.
- Drive delivery momentum, proactively addressing bottlenecks to protect timelines.
- Ensure long‑term quality and scalability of all transformation outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
Proven Experience
- 8-12+ years leading large‑scale data migrations, platform rebuilds, or enterprise digital transformation efforts.
- Track record delivering complex, high‑stakes programs in dynamic, high‑growth environments.
Technical Literacy
- Solid understanding of data architecture components (pipelines, warehousing, governance, integration patterns).
- Ability to challenge technical teams constructively and articulate implications to non‑technical leadership.
Leadership & Execution
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including at executive level.
- Strong structured thinking, clarity creation, and decision‑driving capabilities.
- High sense of urgency, ownership, and delivery discipline.
