The 1LMX Program Management Operations (PMO) within Enterprise Operations is hiring a Program Manager to provide oversight for 1LMX Portfolios and Products.
Responsibilities
- Managing 1LMX product solutions across the enterprise and Business Areas to meet business needs
- Overseeing overall cost and schedule of the 1LMX product
- Collaborating with IT service owners, functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to align 1LMX transformation capabilities and delivery timelines with business need, and align with defined budget targets
- Establishing and monitoring milestones and adherence to master plans and schedules
- Identifying and resolving program problems, to include allocating resources or adjusting contractual specifications
- Managing risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1LMX products
Basic Qualifications
- Project/Program Management experience in a Business Area
- Earned Value Management experience (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, metrics/reporting & project execution)
- Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability
- Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to listen and influence
- Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization, and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
- Experience leading in an ambiguous environment, requiring ability to pivot and dynamically drive results
- Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- U.S. citizenship required due to system access

Work Location
- Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedule
- Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees, including condensed schedules.
Salary
- The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835.
- In most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York, the salary range is $114,700 - $198,720.
- Salary varies by candidate's final work location and other factors.
