About the role
Experteer Overview As a customer-facing endpoint security expert, you consult on security projects and connect technology with business outcomes. You will shape and deliver new security services to meet client opportunities while staying current with trends and technologies. This role blends technical depth with sales enablement, working across client executives and security teams. You’ll contribute to SHI’s security offerings and showcase tangible value in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Responsabilités • Security frameworks knowledge (NIST, HITRUST, CIS, etc.) – intermediate • Strong endpoint security knowledge (EDR, EPP, XDR) – intermediate • Ability to sell and articulate complex technical solutions by understanding customer needs – intermediate • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience • 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role • 3+ years in Security Pre-Sales Consulting • Advanced certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CCNP Security, CCIE Security) • Travel up to 20% for client and team engagements • Extended hours for special projects
