Job Summary
The ASG Presales Solutions Engineer - Security Operations/SIEM Specialist works closely with account teams to assess and address customer cybersecurity needs, acting as a cloud security expert in a consultative manner. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of how security technology facilitates business objectives. You will play a vital role in developing and delivering innovative security service offerings tailored to customer requirements. This position is remote but may require residence in a specific region of the U.S. as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account teams to evaluate clients' cybersecurity technologies and identify their needs.
- Engage with various stakeholders within client organizations, including CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, and Security Engineers to strengthen customer relationships.
- Understand company service offerings across all solution practice areas through training and independent study.
- Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solutions and technologies through training sessions.
- Stay current on technology, trends, and industry developments through market analysis.
- Participate in self-study and practical lab sessions to enhance job-related knowledge.
- Create collateral and use cases to support cybersecurity sales initiatives.

Qualifications
- Experience in identity management and security solutions.
- Deep technical knowledge of IAM, PAM, IGA, SSO, MFA, CIAM, CLM, and PKI controls.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of demonstrating identity security solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and follow-up skills.
- A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and research.
- Strong documentation aptitudes, including system/network diagrams and presentations.
- Basic understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, and CIS.
- Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CPT, CWSP, CCNP Security, CCIE Security, or similar.
Additional Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 3-5 years in a similar role and 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
- 3+ years of experience in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
- Willingness to travel for SHI, Partner, and Customer events.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $230,000, inclusive of base salary and bonus, based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
