Assembler

Work as part of a team assembling products (signs/banners) with hand and power tools, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Principal Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as notching, punching, assembling, and packaging.
• Operate tools and equipment (e.g., air unit, rivet gun, hand drill, glue gun, foam machine).
• Follow supervisor instructions and production guidelines for task completion.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth assembly processes.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with cross-training team members to enhance efficiency and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to safety standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism and uphold company values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills

• Reliable attendance; punctual and ready to work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic wiring or sewing skills (if applicable).
• License required for operating powered equipment (e.g., walkie), if applicable.

Physical Demands/Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands/arms to move parts.
• Lifting:
  • Regularly up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to mechanical parts, vibrations, and loud noise (ear protection required in designated areas).
