RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients de la région de Montréal, un.e analyste en gestion d’actifs TI.
L’Analyste en gestion d’actifs TI est responsable de la gestion du cycle de vie complet des actifs technologiques de l’organisation, incluant le matériel, les logiciels et les licences. Il agit comme expert‑conseil afin d’assurer l’optimisation des coûts, la conformité contractuelle, le respect des exigences réglementaires et l’alignement des actifs TI avec l’architecture technologique et les besoins d’affaires.

RESPONSABILITÉS

• Gérer le cycle de vie complet des actifs TI (acquisition, utilisation, renouvellement et retrait).
• Collaborer avec l’approvisionnement pour les commandes d’achats, la facturation et les fournisseurs.
• Analyser les modèles de licences et comprendre l’impact de l’architecture technologique.
• Assurer la conformité logicielle, la gestion des renouvellements et le soutien aux audits.
• Produire des analyses, rapports et tableaux de bord pour la reddition de comptes.
• Identifier des opportunités d’optimisation des coûts et d’amélioration des pratiques ITAM.

EXIGENCES

• Diplôme universitaire en informatique, systèmes d’information de Gestion ou domaine connexe.
• 5 ans et plus d’expérience en gestion d’actifs TI (ITAM).
• Solide connaissance de l’approvisionnement, facturation et commandes d’achats.
• Bonne compréhension de l’architecture TI et des modèles de licences.
• Expérience en conformité, renouvellements et audits.
• Maîtrise des outils d’analyse et de reporting.
• Certification CSAM (atout).
• Bilinguisme requis (français/anglais) pour des communications quotidiennes hors Québec.
• Hybride (3 jours au bureau).

IT Asset Management Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking for one of our clients in the Montreal area, an IT Asset Management Analyst.
The IT Asset Management Analyst is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the organization’s technology assets, including hardware, software, and software licenses. The role ensures cost optimization, contractual compliance, regulatory adherence, and alignment between IT assets, enterprise architecture, and business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT assets (hardware, software, licenses).
• Partner with procurement on purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor management.
• Analyze licensing models and assess the impact of technology architecture.
• Ensure software compliance, renewals, and audit readiness.
• Develop analytical reports and dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and process improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Strong knowledge of procurement, invoicing, and purchase processes.
• Solid understanding of technology architecture and software licensing models.
• Proven experience in compliance, renewals, and audits.
• Hands‑on experience with ITAM, analytics, and reporting tools.
• CSAM certification (asset).
• Bilingual (French/English) required for daily communications outside Quebec.
• Hybrid (3 days in the office).
