Asset Manager / Financial Analyst

Our client is seeking an Asset Manager / Financial Analyst to support all aspects of real estate investment activities, including acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, leasing, and development. This highly collaborative role works directly with ownership, the CEO, President, and CFO, offering meaningful exposure to deal execution and portfolio strategy with a clear path to growth into a senior asset management role.

What You'll Do as the Asset Manager/Financial Analyst

• Build and update cash flow and valuation models
• Underwrite new deals and evaluate acquisition, disposition, and refinance opportunities
• Update and manage portfolio cash flows
• Support leasing analyses and negotiations
• Work with lenders and financing partners
• Interface regularly with ownership, leadership, leasing, accounting, and external partners

What We're Looking For in an Asset Manager/Financial Analyst

• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to run numbers quickly
• Mastery of Excel modeling
• Direct real estate experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Business
