Adsapp is a digital library and a production platform, helping markets and marketing teams find visuals and ensure a brand consistency among all its brands, across all touchpoints all around the world. As a Senior Assets and Production Manager, you will manage the Asset Management Coordinator & Production Officer by ensuring the integration and administration of visuals and all type of assets on the platform. You will be responsible for the management of the copyrights to ensure the visual displayed on the platform are up-to-date. You will be as well a contact point for Adsapp matter by understanding its functionalities and help users navigate through it. You will as well help manage the continuous development of the platform by assisting the Adsapp team on certain platform development. And on the other hand, oversee and coordinate Production for Shiseido Brands. Develop all creative assets : graphic charter development, assets delivery, development of POSM files, sampling tools development, production and delivery. • *ABOUT Adsapp**

Created in 2017 by Picto, following the exclusive partnership bonding Picto and Shiseido production. Picto is Shiseido EMEA main producer. The Adsapp platform is a key tool helping all markets to find visuals and assets developed by the marketing teams and all different actors in order to communicate. • *ORGANISATION** - Reports to the Image, communication, digital Global Fragrances and corporate communication Director - Job Location: Paris - Contract type: CDI - Management : 1 Apprenticeship • *MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** - **ADSAPP (70%)**

FYI more than 16000 assets to manage for all brands (Issey, Miyake, Narciso Rodriguez, Zadig&Volaire, Serge Lutens, Shiseido, Clé de Peau Beauté, Nars to come ) • *ASSET MANAGEMENT** - Manage our DAM and ensure the assets availability in the platform by following the template already existing for markets:

- Gather assets from Marketing teams - Check each visual to ensure quality & specs - Put each asset at disposal at our producer - Administer assets within the platform - Administrate our visual internal network to help internal teams find assets. • *COORDINATION** - Manage assets copyrights in order to keep a clear view of the usable visual and help marketing teams anticipate copyright negotiation. - Assist and support markets on the platform and help them find visual and order materials - Be responsible for the DAM AdsApp roll out and upgrades • *TRAINING** - Assist in the training of the new marketing entrance to our process and guidelines in order to integrate assets. - **PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT (25%)** • *PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT (approx. 90 dynamic charters/guidelines per year for all touchpoints)** - Work with the brand to put in place processes and timelines according to the assets’ needs - Creation of graphic charters depending on Media, POS and E-retail needs - Transfer developed creative assets to the Adsapp Platform Manager in order to put these assets at markets’ disposal - Coordinate the production of POSM needs • *ADSAPP ORDERS & ADHOC REQUESTS (more than 200 orders per month)** - Adapt assets to the countries’ needs while respecting the Brands image and the creative charter and manage the asset deliveries to international media owners: POS, E-retail, TV, Print, Cinema, OOH, DOOH - Coordinate the assets’ orders of the countries in the Adsapp platform (Media & POS) - Deal directly with Picto supplier to produce unusual visual formats such as big OOH displays, street marketing - Coordinate the app
