Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site assistant role located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of influencer marketing campaigns, assist with social media management, and coordinate outreach efforts. Responsibilities include researching influencers, maintaining communication with clients and partners, tracking campaign performance, organizing content schedules, and assisting in developing marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Platforms, Social Media Management, and Content Scheduling Tools
- Familiarity with Influencer Marketing and Outreach Processes
- Strong Research and Organizational Skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Abilities
- Attention to Detail and Capability to Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
- Proficiency in Data Tracking and Analysis for Campaign Performance
- Experience with Marketing Strategies and Project Coordination
- Ability to Work On-Site in the Greater Toronto Area
- Previous experience in social media or marketing roles is an asset
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferable
