About the role
Seeking a visionary Assistant Brand Manager to elevate our brands to new heights in the US. Immerse yourself in customer strategy, category insights and market trends, shaping the future of our products with your innovative ideas. As a key player in our marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to implement strategies that resonate on a global stage, bringing our brands to life both online and in stores. Your strategic input will craft ambitious plans, fostering sustainable growth and success for the long haul.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of annual brand plans, endorsing marketing actions, sales initiatives and all execution efforts
- Assist in shaping category and channel strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals
- Identify brand growth opportunities with data-driven insights from market analyses and consumer research
- Own end to end brand budgeting including representation with key internal and external stakeholders
- Support product innovation pipeline and key marketing activations including planning, development and in-market execution
- Drive cross-functional collaboration in close partnership with Sales, Trade, Media, Insights & Analytics and Supply teams to facilitate speed to market for innovation and brand activations
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; MBA preferred
- Prior experience in brand management preferred, preferably in a CPG environment
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical skills and decision-making capabilities
- Strong ability to analyze data, create insights and recommend actions for change
- Entrepreneurial and creative spirit with ability to think outside the box
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
- Self-starter, ability to work in a fast-paced environment amidst multiple priorities
- Prior eCommerce experience or D2C (direct to consumer) website experience is highly preferred.

US pay transparency
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $106,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
