About the Role

At the heart of this role is social media management and content creation. You'll take the lead in building a strong, engaging digital presence through consistent, on-brand content and smart platform management. Beyond that, you'll support the Marketing Manager across broader e-commerce and brand activities.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • 2–3 years' experience in a Marketing, Digital, or Brand support role — ideally within FMCG or consumer products
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across multiple brands
  • Confident content creator using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, engagement tactics, and community building

Additional Requirements

  • Experience managing WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to run paid (Google & Meta Ads) and organic digital campaigns, with knowledge of SEO
  • Comfortable interpreting Google Analytics and campaign performance metrics
  • Experience working with agencies, designers, influencers, or content creators
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, able to meet multiple deadlines
  • Proactive and solutions-focused — comfortable as right-hand support to a Marketing Manager
