About the Role
At the heart of this role is social media management and content creation. You'll take the lead in building a strong, engaging digital presence through consistent, on-brand content and smart platform management. Beyond that, you'll support the Marketing Manager across broader e-commerce and brand activities.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- 2–3 years' experience in a Marketing, Digital, or Brand support role — ideally within FMCG or consumer products
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across multiple brands
- Confident content creator using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, engagement tactics, and community building
Additional Requirements
- Experience managing WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms
- Ability to run paid (Google & Meta Ads) and organic digital campaigns, with knowledge of SEO
- Comfortable interpreting Google Analytics and campaign performance metrics
- Experience working with agencies, designers, influencers, or content creators
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, able to meet multiple deadlines
- Proactive and solutions-focused — comfortable as right-hand support to a Marketing Manager
