MJB works with over 700 suppliers (including 300 upstream) and conducts three complementary activities: trading and purchasing for private labels, bottling, and logistics. As a subsidiary of the Carrefour group, it is the purchasing center for national and Carrefour brand wines.

Assistant Management Controller Business Analyst (M/F) - Apprenticeship

Context

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Management Controller Business Analyst plays a central role within Maison Johanès Boubée (MJB). They are responsible for the in-depth analysis of the profit and loss account (P&L) and supporting financial performance management. The mission consists of transforming raw data into decision-making levers for management.

Your Missions

Performance Management & Reporting

• Design and manage dashboards: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the business.
• Monthly Reporting: Produce and analyze reports on revenue, volumes, margins, and costs.
• Explain variances compared to budget and previous years.
• Profitability Analysis: Ensure granular monitoring of margins by product, by customer, and by distribution channel.

Budgetary & Forecasting Cycle

• Budget Construction: Consolidate the company's overall budget in conjunction with operational departments (Sales, Purchasing, Industrial, and Headquarters).
• Financial S&OP Process: Actively participate in the implementation and rolling of the Sales and Operations Planning process.
• Consolidate projections (Sales, P&L, Operating Income, Inventory, and Capex) to ensure alignment between operations and finance.

Strategic Support & Continuous Improvement

• Ad hoc Analyses: Support management in strategic decision-making through specific studies (project profitability, impact studies, etc.).
• Information System Optimization: Participate in the evolution of the ERP and the automation of management tools to improve reliability and productivity.

Your Profile

You are pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, Data Analytics, or equivalent, starting in September 2026.

You Have

• An excellent understanding of profit and loss mechanisms and financial flows.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze complex databases. Advanced Excel proficiency is essential.
• Accuracy in figures and respect for confidentiality.
• Ability to manage priorities and respond quickly to management requests.
• Ease of working in a demanding environment and meeting tight deadlines (closings, budgets).
• A synthetic mindset.

Tools: Advanced Excel, Powerpoint, Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), knowledge of an ERP system is a plus.
