What You'll Do

You will accompany the company in its evolution by dissecting new trends. In this context, we are looking for an Assistant Data Analyst, on a work-study basis starting in September.

As part of the development of our data service and our ambition to become a data-driven company, the work-study data analyst will have the main mission of supporting our efforts in structuring, analyzing, and documenting the group's database, in addition to contributing to our efforts to foster data literacy within the group.

Mission Objectives:

• Participate in the structuring of the database in collaboration with the data team.
• Conduct data analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities across all group brands.
• Document analysis processes and results obtained to ensure traceability and clear understanding of the data.
• Collaborate with different departments and business units to understand their data needs and adapt analyses accordingly.
• Support and contribute to the change underway with the Datavengers project.

Main Missions:

Data Analysis:

• Prepare and clean data for analyses.
• Perform statistical analyses and visualizations to answer business questions.
• Perform SQL queries to extract and cross-reference relevant data.

Documentation:

• Write analysis reports and summary sheets on the results obtained.
• Update existing documentation on the database and analysis processes.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with data, business, and IT teams to gather their data needs.
• Participate in meetings to present analyses and recommendations.
• Participate in various projects launched by the group or initiated internally. This description takes into account the main responsibilities and is not exhaustive.

Education

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) specialized in Marketing/Digital/Data
• Work-study rhythm: 3 weeks in the company and 1 week at school, ideally
