Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Experience in research or data analysis preferred
• Knowledge in Excel and SQL is a must, and programming language (e.g., Python, VBA) is highly desirable
• Proven English proficiency
• Detail-minded with strong analytical skills and good report writing skills
• Willing to work overtime and on weekends & public holidays

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses for Hong Kong residential property market, perform site visit and compile timely reports
• Maintain and enrich in-house database, including data collection from different sources and off-site work
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
