At EY, we’re dedicated to shaping a better working world. As an Assistant Director within our Brand, Marketing and Communications function, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for the Oil & Gas and Chemicals (OGC) sector.
In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate closely with leadership to translate complex business priorities into impactful, omnichannel marketing campaigns. Your work will enhance brand positioning, drive engagement, and support growth objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for the OGC sector.
- Partner with sector leadership to gain insights into key issues and market dynamics.
- Shape account-based marketing initiatives for targeted OGC accounts.
- Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market activities, including thought leadership and digital marketing efforts.
- Assist in the development of the annual OGC marketing strategy and manage campaign execution.
- Oversee the creation of marketing content and external communications tailored to priority audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
- Coordinate with external agencies to enhance marketing program efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with EY brand standards and internal governance.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-quality work environment.
- Define success metrics and leverage data to optimize campaign performance.
- Exercise independent judgment in managing complex initiatives and resolving issues.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Proven track record in a large, matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing principles, including integrated and digital marketing.
- Experience with account-based marketing and engaging with senior leaders.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts.
- Ability to work independently and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.
- Leadership qualities to coach and inspire junior talent.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
