We have an open position for an Assistant Director of Engineering at our beautiful property, Beach House by Hilton in Fort Lauderdale.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily engineering operations
• Supporting preventative maintenance programs
• Ensuring safety and compliance standards are met
• Managing repair projects
• Assisting with capital improvements
• Leading/supporting the engineering team to deliver a high standard of guest experience

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or facilities engineering
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
