Job Description

The Lille Terrestrial Network Project Center is looking for an Assistant Studies and Projects (AEP) in the field of underground lines.

The AEP is a key player in the project team and works in close collaboration with the project managers, whom they support, advise, and assist.

By virtue of their role, they are in constant contact with other RTE entities concerned by their activity (maintenance, purchasing), they also interact with service providers involved in their projects (studies, works) and with local stakeholders (obtaining road permits, authorization from owners and operators...).

In detail, they carry out activities related to the implementation of network projects (studies, purchasing, controls,...), as follows:

• They participate in project advancement in conjunction with the project manager, and stand in for them during their absences.
• They may be required to carry out Technical and Financial Targets, write specifications (CCTP...), prepare the negotiation of study and work orders, and establish orders.
• They may be required to carry out detailed studies for the part of the studies carried out internally.
• They prepare tenders and provide support during the negotiation phase.
• They participate in the development of control plans, sometimes implement them, and report to the project manager.
• They contribute to updating the domain's Information System, particularly the asset description.
• They manage the equipment procurement procedure.
• They compile operational files and distribute them to operators.

The Assistant Studies and Projects (AEP) may also be entrusted with the responsibility of simple projects.
