ASSISTANT LODGE MANAGEMENT COUPLE - WESTERN CAPE AREA

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced ASSISTANT LODGE MANAGEMENT COUPLE for a well-established elite private game reserve, position based in the Western Cape area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Grade 12.
• Relevant qualification/s.
• Person must be English speaking (able to read, write and speak English competently).
• Valid Code 08 driver’s license.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office / Email).
• Knowledge on hospitality programmes.

This would only suit an experienced hands-on couple who will be required to cover the following roles:

• Field Guide
• General Maintenance and Management support
• Reservations
• Administration
• Management Support

This couple position requires professionalism, flexibility, and a genuine passion for hospitality, conservation, and exceptional guest experiences.

Accommodation offered for a couple only (no dependents).

Salary package offered:

• Salary + live-in accommodation (no meals included)
