Assistant Marketing Manager – Contract (Hybrid, 18 Months)
Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year

We are partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented consumer healthcare/CPG organization to hire an Assistant Marketing Manager for an 18-month contract. This role provides hands-on marketing experience in a collaborative, hybrid environment supporting a recognized brand.

Key Responsibilities • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and sales • Assist in annual business planning, including analysis and tactical execution • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Creative, external agencies) • Contribute to digital and e-commerce initiatives, including website optimization and performance tracking • Support CRM and email marketing campaigns • Assist with product launches and promotional activities • Analyze performance using tools like Power BI, Nielsen, or similar platforms • Help plan events and conferences to boost brand visibility
Qualifications • 1–2 years of marketing experience (CPG, healthcare, or related industries preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights • Experience with CRM systems, digital campaigns, or email marketing is an asset • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Highly organized with strong project management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Nielsen) is an asset

Requirements
- 1–2 years of marketing experience (CPG, healthcare, or related industries preferred)
