About the Role
We are seeking a competent and organised Assistant Project Co-ordinator to support the planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution of projects. This role involves a mix of administrative and operational responsibilities to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work under pressure without compromising quality. Strong communication and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. A creative flair and keen eye for design will be advantageous.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information
- Communicate with stakeholders on project scope, needs, and progress
- Support project planning, development, and execution
- Track, monitor, and report on project progress
- Assist with schedule and timeline management
- Act as a key point of contact for project updates
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records
- Conduct research to support project and team requirements
- Perform general administrative and operational tasks
- Provide support to the Project Executive and complete assigned tasks efficiently
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Proven work experience as an APC or similar role
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Excellent time-management skills and able to work under tight deadlines
- An ability to prepare schedules and step-by-step action plans
