Assistant Project Manager - Construction

Position Overview

This role is part of the core project delivery team, supporting projects from early-stage through to closeout. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in day-to-day project delivery
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Track site progress and ensure alignment with project milestones
• Support procurement, change management, and cost tracking
• Attend site meetings and help drive project actions
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Assist with project closeout and handover documentation

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction experience (data center or mission critical preferred)
• Background with a general contractor, MEP contractor, or consultancy
• Basic understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle
• Familiarity with MEP systems is a plus
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced site environments
• Clear communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders

Work Environment

This role is primarily based on active construction sites and requires regular site presence and coordination with field teams.
