Based in NY, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, candidate relationship management, screening, interview process management, offer negotiation, and closing.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute a custom hiring strategy.
  • Identify key behavioral and technical competencies that drive success, develop and implement recruiting strategies, leverage online recruiting resources, and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the best candidates.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and engaging information to candidates about our company and position.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and candidates.
  • Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
  • Exceptional interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and fair employment practices.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet staffing goals.
  • Adept at establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
