Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
- Manage full cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, candidate relationship management, screening, interview process management, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute a custom hiring strategy.
- Identify key behavioral and technical competencies that drive success, develop and implement recruiting strategies, leverage online recruiting resources, and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the best candidates.
- Provide complete, accurate, and engaging information to candidates about our company and position.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and candidates.
- Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
- Exceptional interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and fair employment practices.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
- Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet staffing goals.
- Adept at establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
