Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of tenant fit‑out works for a hyperscale data centre project in Gainesville, VA
• Assist with day‑to‑day project management activities including scheduling, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and coordination
• Work closely with the Project Lead to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
• Help establish processes, standards, and best practices for the new data centre division
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership and ownership
• Contribute strategic input as the data centre division grows and evolves

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or project management
• Exposure to commercial construction; data centre or mission‑critical experience is a plus
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Desire to take ownership and grow with a developing division
