A leading Mid-Atlantic electrical contractor is hiring multiple Assistant Project Managers across three locations. These are on-site roles on active electrical construction — including data center and mission-critical work — with a real path up to Project Manager.

We're casting wide on background but specific on trajectory. You're a strong fit if you're currently a:

• Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or Field Engineer in electrical/MEP construction, ready to step into project management
• Assistant Superintendent or field lead looking to move from the field into the office side of the business
• Assistant Project Manager at another electrical or MEP contractor looking for a faster track to PM

Data center or mission-critical construction experience is a strong plus — not a requirement.

What you'll do

Working alongside a senior Project Manager, you'll help run electrical projects from buyout through closeout:

• Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Track procurement, material deliveries, and project budgets
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and the field team — foremen and superintendents
• Support project scheduling and look-aheads (P6 or similar)
• Maintain project documentation, billing support, and progress reporting
• Support QA/QC and jobsite safety

What you bring

• 2+ years in electrical or MEP construction in a PM-track or field-to-office role
• Working knowledge of electrical construction means and methods
• Familiarity with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and cost tracking
• Comfort with construction PM software (Procore a plus) and scheduling tools (P6 a plus)
• Local to one of the three posted regions — these roles are on-site
